There is evidence that anorexia is a psychiatric syndrome and needs professional help, but the problem is that most of the time, the person will deny their problem, they want to live this way because they seeit as their way of life and a way to have control and have the perfect body image.

However, eating disorders like anorexia nervosa is often done to death or long-term health problems, we need to know to recognize the symptoms, if a parent or a close friend has this problem.
