Binge Eating Disorder Help - Dealing With Fear and Doubt

I hear that from my customers all the time, "I'm afraid of who I am when I am not binging one Binge Eater" or "I'm afraid will stop." What did you do you fear might binge more and more. Facing your fears and dealing with doubt is an important step in the treatment of binge eating disorder.

Fear drives us to do many things and one of them to find alternative sources of protection, to hide from it is. We use food from fear to hide. We are afraid, we willhurt again by someone. We are the chief anxiety. We see the real person inside us afraid. We are afraid to rise up against our parents, significant other, children, etc. Fear is behind it.

Try to make a list of what or who you are afraid. Be honest. No one is to judge you and nobody will read your list, so go ahead and do it. What are you really afraid of?

Now you have your list, you can begin to take some simple steps to reduce your anxiety. Here are 5 tips you can quicklybegin immediately.

1. Use a diary to write down your thoughts - by writing down what it is that you are afraid, and why, begins the process of becoming "aware". To change something, you need to know this.

2. Become the Observer - Imagine that you are able to look at yourself from a distance, as if you yourself are seen on the screen. They sit in the audience and you can see yourself up there on the big screen. They see themselves in fear(whatever it is that you're afraid), and you can sit on the screen reacts in a manner very shocked to see. From the audience, you can see the person on the screen and you can easily see it without being involved in this process. Is the person really on the screen need not worry about what it is that he / she afraid of? By sitting in the audience and even there, only just above you will be able to remain calm and see the situation. Use your journal to write what was the movie and how thePerson would be less fearful.

3. Understanding Doubt - doubt and a lack of confidence can contribute to worry about. They are also important factors for binge eating disorder. You can start right now and your belief systems challenge, ask yourself "why?"

Let's say I believe it is wrong to sit on the front seat of a school bus. Do you think there is nothing wrong with sitting on the front seat of a school bus? The reason for my belief is that my teacher told me about itmy legs would be shorter than the rest of the children when I was sitting in the passenger seat. So I think I may never sit. How do I know whether this belief is true or not? Someone said to me, I believe it. You are probably shaking your head and say it is not true, right? But I think it is. They are now trying to convince me that it is not true, because you saw little Johnny sitting there and nothing was done to his legs. To think for me, something different, I would haveQuestion my faith and the search for facts to back it up. Perhaps my teacher told me, because his teacher told him, and that's what he believed.

Well, if I tell you that you are worthless, an eating disorder. Do you think that is true or false? If you answer "true", why do you believe it? Anyone who tells you that it is true? I believe it is wrong. I know that as an eating disorder does not define who is a person. Challenge your negativeBeliefs.

4. Use the Law of Attraction - The Law of Attraction states that "like attracts like", so if you are to fear, what will I get? More fear! That's right. But if you focus on, satisfied and confident that we have more of what you want. Try a state in a positive way what you want on that not on what you do not want. For example, if you said: "I do not live in fear", you're still focusing on fear. Re-state it, "I want to live in joy."

5.Meditation / Visualization - Imagine, if you do not fear, in relation to a particular person, place or what they have. What would it look like? What would it feel or smell? What would you hear or taste in your world without fear? With all your senses, you can write in your journal, which would not be so afraid. Then you close your eyes and really see in your mind's eye, what you have written. Visualize all the wonderful aspect of it.

One of the easiest ways is to help you to overcome fearSurround yourself with positive people who focus on the same goals that you take. It is the law of attraction in relation to humans. If you surround yourself with negative people you attract more negativity as a conscious decision to meet new people and new support groups with a positive approach to be.
